FIND OUT THE MANY WAYS YOUR CORPORATION, FOUNDATION, OR ORGANIZATION CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
CORPORATE ENGAGEMENT – We work with your company to customize a partnership that articulates your philanthropic and employee engagement needs. Our goal is to align any opportunity in our portfolio with your corporate culture.
WORKPLACE MENTORING – Engage employees in meaningful volunteer opportunities that help boost morale, improve retention and overall job satisfaction by investing in this one-on-one mentoring program. Learn more about our turnkey approach to help you meet your company’s corporate social responsibility and employee engagement goals by clicking here.
BOARD PLACEMENT – Our Board of Directors is a group of executive professionals who are vital to our success by helping to secure and sustain our partnerships and programs, aid in our fundraising efforts, and oversee the work of our CEO. The Leadership Board is designed for young professionals who are engaged in our mission, providing support through raising funds, recruiting future mentors and partners, and generating public awareness of the organization in a fun and collaborative environment.
EVENT SPONSORSHIPS – BBBSMC hosts approximately twelve events per year that range from intimate, industry-specific events or employee team building fundraisers to our young professionals cocktail party or Annual Graduation Gala. Learn more about our unique sponsorship options and the benefits of enhancing the visibility of your brand, all while supporting our mentoring programs.
SCHOLARSHIPS AND MATCH ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES – Our Match Enrichment Fund provides financial support to help in areas of educational achievement, college and career preparation, health and wellness, and aptitude enhancement. Existing matches in good standing may access the Fund through a formal, rigorous application process designed by the agency and funders. Scholarships are offered every year to graduating Littles.
GENERAL SUPPORT FOR PROGRAMS AND OPERATIONS – Many of our partners provide funding for support of our general operations and different types of programming. We can tailor your gift to fit your philanthropic goals, while helping us where we need it most.
COMMUNITY COLLABORATION – We work closely with community collaborators to complement and enhance our youth mentoring services. These strategic alliances with schools, districts, and other community organizations are intended to achieve greater impact through collaboration on volunteer referrals, youth referrals, program space allowance, advocacy, and more.
